Dear Ms. Newhouse Smith,

Thank you so much for being the one who answered the phone today. Today the cliche saying "You don't know until you ask/try" really presented itself true. Your level of patience and experience with conveying the lending details further convinced me to have a Mortgage. Our conversation today helped me to continue saving and start looking for the types of houses and markets I can afford, and showing me that using the Pricing tool was easier than it looks.

I must share with you, it wasn't until I hung up that the reality hit me "I can be a homeowner!..." and the reality of owning my own place to personalize and grow became a tangible and emotional connection (but I won't disregard the power of numbers and interests). However, I just wanted to say this little bit of time on the phone becoming better educated has really changed my thoughts on a lot of things.
