To apply for a loan, you will have to provide your loan officer with detailed documentation of your financial history. We will request a credit report from a credit agency and will verify the information provided in your loan application. Be prepared to provide:

• Identification and Social Security Numbers for ALL borrowers
• Last 2 Copies of your Bank accounts statements 
• Last 2 paycheck stubs
• W-2 withholding forms, or income tax returns for the past 2 years to verify your income and proof of employment
• The name, address & phone number of contact to verify your employment
• Residence history for the past 2 years
• Purchase & Sales Agreement
